AIL appoints Julian Zapata (Spanish) as project manager
The Asokoro Island has appointed Architect Julian Zapata GDP as its project manager.
In a letter to Julian Zapata, AIL’s Project Coordinator Mustapha Ramallan, said: “We intend to bring the best product in Real Estate Development, as such Asokoro Island will rival the most exclusive Mixed Use Developments anywhere in the world. You are expected to provide leadership to meet our objective! .”
The letter also said that it expects that all works must be in line with the land use plan approval by the FCTA.
Asokoro Island Limited is developing the Asokoro Island Project which will consist of provision of infrastructure and real estate on a designated 57-hectare and located in the Asokoro annex by the Pendam Lake.
