Asokoro Island signs MoU with Dantata
Asokoro Island Limited (AIL) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Nigeria’s construction giant-Dantata and Sawoe Construction Company Limited.
The MoU signed in March this year (2014) was as a result careful consideration of Dantata & Sawoe as AIL’s preferred infrastructure contractor to execute the design, planning and construction primary infrastructure which consist of Asphalt roads, street lightening, culverts, bridges, laying of water and sewage pipelines, among others.
Asokoro Island Limited is developing the Asokoro Island Project which will consist of provision of infrastructure and real estate on a designated 57-hectare and located in the Asokoro annex by the Pendam Lake.
Chairman of AIL Suleiman Yahyah signed on behalf of his company while the Managing Director of Dantata and Sawoe Udo Heidschuster signed for his company.
