AIL appoints Knight Frank as Valuers
The Asokoro Island has appointed Knight Frank, as its valuation expert and estate manager, and PricewaterhouseCoopers as its auditor.
Asokoro Island Limited is developing the Asokoro Island Project which will consist of provision of infrastructure and real estate on a designated 57-hectare and located in the Asokoro annex by the Pendam Lake.
The irregular shaped site covers an area of approximately 569,400.00 square meters or 56.8 hectares.
